Pre-Qualification - Our pre-qualifications are
FREE. There is no cost for this and you
will immediately
know how much mobile home you or your customer can
afford, knowing that you meet one of our Lenders
criteria*. |
Loan Terms - Up to 25 years.*
HUD Approved Mobile Homes - must be 1976 or
newer.* |

Sellers Concession - Seller can pay the Closing Costs* |
Purchase - Up to 95% of the selling price with as
little as 5% down. Credit quality and loan
affordability will ultimately determine your required
down payment.* |

Gifted-Down Payments - from family members are
acceptable in order to help you with your purchase as
long as your total down payment consists of at least 3%
of your own funds.* |
Refinancing - Up to 90% of your mobile home’s value. Debt Consolidation and Home Improvement
